Important Details:
Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at info@valerystreetwear.com. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.
How to Return an Item
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This may take up to 7 days. No restocking fees apply.
Exchanges
If you’d like to swap an item for a different one, email us at info@valerystreetwear.com with the details. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please take a photo and send it to info@valerystreetwear.com. We will resolve the issue and send a replacement.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@valerystreetwear.com. Once an order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
